Standard Meeting Room Set Up
Audio Visual Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Rush charge may apply to any last minute requests. The hotel allows clients to provide their own AV equipment, however there is a connection fee of $75.00 per day. Any on-site technician assistance will be charged at $75.00 per hour.The below equipment pricing is based on per day use and subject to 5% state tax.
